Shipping policy

At JJCC Watch Brand, each timepiece is produced with exceptional care and precision. Many of our watches are made-to-order, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality control.

Production & Dispatch Time

Due to the complexity and artisanal nature of our watches, production time may take up to six (6) months before dispatch.

This timeframe allows for:

Precision movement assembly and regulation
Case and dial finishing
Quality control and pressure testing
Final inspection and packaging

While many watches may be completed sooner, we ask customers to allow the full production window to ensure the highest level of workmanship.

Customers will receive production updates and a shipping confirmation once their timepiece is ready for dispatch.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.

This means:

All import duties, taxes, and customs charges are included in the purchase and collected at checkout.
Customers will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.
Your watch will arrive fully cleared through customs in your destination country.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on destination, but typically range between 3–10 business days via secure insured courier services.

Signature-required delivery
